Yes, even the U.S. Government is using YouTube.com to provide information to people.

You can search YouTube for questions about tax forms and tax questions and get a video lesson on the topic.  Video is much more helpful than trying to search their website and find the exact verbiage you need.

Great to see the IRS provide information in as many forms as possible to give you access and help in filing your tax returns.
